Pick Up Process

Tiger Tail Boutique purchases can be picked up at the State Street Kiosk. When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup. Please pick up your order promptly.

Exchange Process

No returns. We are happy to make exchanges for sizes only within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must not have been worn or used.

Please message us via the inquiry form on the Contact page to let us know that you would like to make an exchange. To make an exchange, please put merchandise in a bag. Clearly label the bag with your name and order number and specify what new size you would like for each item(s). Leave your bag at the State Street Kiosk and let us know that you have dropped it off.
