SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our preferred shipping method is Pick Up. You can pick up at State Street Kiosk with no charge.
Our regular shipping is currently via U.S.P.S. Shipping will normally occur within 7-10 business days. If you need quicker delivery, please contact us.
If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, your package must ship via US Postal.
International: We will contact you by email or phone to receive your approval of the shipping costs. International orders are shipped via Airmail.

Westridge School charges 10.25% Pasadena sales tax for apparel and accessories.
Return & Exchange Policy
No returns. Exchanges only within 30 days of purchase. The Tiger Tail Boutique does not give refunds for product purchases, however, you are permitted to exchange merchandise for other merchandise, such as in the case of incorrect sizing. The merchandise must not have been worn or used and should be returned within 30 days of purchase.
